Top up your wallet instantly by card for smaller or ongoing amounts. Funds are available to spend the moment payment clears.
Fund by wire transfer
For larger volumes, pay by wire transfer. Once confirmed, the amount is credited to your wallet, usually within one business day.
Spend down as you send
RewardsCards, Choice Gift Cards, and other reward types deduct from your wallet balance as you send. No separate invoice per send.

How do I actually fund my account?
RibiRewards runs on a wallet: you load funds in, then spend that balance as you send rewards. Smaller amounts can be funded instantly by card. Larger volumes are typically funded by wire transfer, confirmed and credited to your wallet within one business day.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing varies by product. RewardsCards and Choice Gift Cards are charged per card sent, a flat service fee on top of the loaded value, deducted from your wallet. BenefitsCards are priced per employee per month based on the categories and markets you activate. Recognition is included in Growth and Enterprise plans.
Do annual plans cost less?
Yes. Annual plans are discounted versus equivalent monthly billing, typically 15 to 20% depending on plan size and products used. The savings increase at higher headcounts. We will walk you through the full structure on a call.
Are there transaction fees?
Growth and Enterprise plans include a small per-transaction fee on reward value loaded. The Starter plan has no transaction fees up to a monthly threshold. We will walk you through the full structure on a call.
What currencies do you support?
We support NGN, KES, GHS, ZAR, EGP, MAD, TZS, UGX, ETB, XOF, and USD as a fallback, whichever markets your team is in.
Can we trial the platform before committing?
Yes. Every plan includes sandbox access so you can test flows before going live. No wallet funding required to explore. Request access via the enquiries form.
Do you offer white-label?
White-label is available on the Enterprise plan. Your brand, your colours, your domain, powered by our infrastructure.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Growth plans are typically annual. Enterprise terms are negotiated based on scope. Starter is free with no commitment.
