How is pricing structured?
Pricing varies by product. RewardsCards and Choice Gift Cards are charged per card sent — a flat service fee on top of the loaded value. BenefitsCards are priced per employee per month based on the categories and markets you activate. Recognition is included in Growth and Enterprise plans. Get in touch for a quote specific to your setup.
Do annual plans cost less?
Yes. Annual plans are discounted versus equivalent monthly billing — typically 15–20% depending on plan size and products used. The savings increase at higher headcounts. We'll walk you through the full structure on a call.
Are there transaction fees?
Growth and Enterprise plans include a small per-transaction fee on reward value loaded. The Starter plan has no transaction fees up to a monthly threshold. We'll walk you through the full structure on a call.
What currencies do you support?
We support NGN, KES, GHS, ZAR, EGP, MAD, TZS, UGX, ETB, XOF and USD as a fallback — whichever markets your team is in.
