- Can we personalise the welcome card per recipient?
- Yes — if you provide a list of recipient names, we can personalise the card for each one. There's typically no additional charge for this at volume.
- Is the mailer box branded too?
- Yes — the exterior mailer box can carry your logo and brand colours. We'll mock it up as part of your design approval.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- There's no fixed platform-wide minimum, but most customised runs carry a production minimum that depends on the item and branding method. Tell us your target quantity and we'll confirm what applies before you commit to anything.
- How long does customisation take?
- Once you approve the logo mockup and confirm quantities, most December orders are branded and ready to ship within 1–2 weeks, depending on the item and destination country. We'll give you a firm date after your enquiry.
- Which countries can this be delivered to?
- We fulfil locally across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Uganda, Senegal, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Ivory Coast, and Zambia. If your team spans several of these, we can split one order across markets.
