- Is the cooler bag genuinely made from recycled materials?
- Yes — this style uses recycled bottle fabric. The hang tag is included by default. If your brand doesn't want the eco angle, we can source a version without it.
- Can the lunchbox include a branded sleeve or card?
- Yes — we can add a branded insert card or sleeve inside each lunchbox at an additional cost. Ask us when you enquire.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- There's no fixed platform-wide minimum, but most customised runs carry a production minimum that depends on the item and branding method. Tell us your target quantity and we'll confirm what applies before you commit to anything.
- How long does customisation take?
- Once you approve the logo mockup and confirm quantities, most December orders are branded and ready to ship within 1–2 weeks, depending on the item and destination country. We'll give you a firm date after your enquiry.
- Which countries can this be delivered to?
