- Yes — live plants are sourced locally per country and can be swapped for a non-perishable item (like a desk item or snack) in markets where plant delivery isn't practical.

- Yes — we can print a per-hire personalised card, or a single standard welcome card for the whole cohort, depending on your volume.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- There's no fixed platform-wide minimum, but most customised runs carry a production minimum that depends on the item and branding method. Tell us your target quantity and we'll confirm what applies before you commit to anything.
- How long does customisation take?
- Once you approve the logo mockup and confirm quantities, most December orders are branded and ready to ship within 1–2 weeks, depending on the item and destination country. We'll give you a firm date after your enquiry.
- Which countries can this be delivered to?
