- What are chilling stones and why are they better than ice?
- Chilling stones are natural granite and marble cubes that are chilled in the freezer and added to whisky instead of ice — they chill the drink without diluting it as they melt. They're washable and reusable indefinitely.
- Can we include a branded message inside the box?
- Yes — the interior lid of the gift box can be printed with your logo, tagline, and a personalised message. We'll typeset it and show you a mockup before production.
- Is this appropriate for non-whisky drinkers?
- The chilling stones work equally well with any spirit, wine, or non-alcoholic drink. The glass set and packaging stand on their own as premium branded glassware regardless of what they're used for.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- There's no fixed platform-wide minimum, but most customised runs carry a production minimum that depends on the item and branding method. Tell us your target quantity and we'll confirm what applies before you commit to anything.
- How long does customisation take?
- Once you approve the logo mockup and confirm quantities, most December orders are branded and ready to ship within 1–2 weeks, depending on the item and destination country. We'll give you a firm date after your enquiry.
