Your RewardsCard arrives as an email from your company or directly from RibiRewards. It includes a unique redemption link and your card balance. Check your inbox โ and your spam folder just in case.

Click the redemption link
Tap or click the link in the email. You'll land on your personal redemption page at redeem.ribirewards.com โ no app download needed, no account creation required.
Step 03
Browse the catalogue and pick your spend
You'll see the full catalogue for your country โ airtime, food delivery, dining, rides, spa, fashion, streaming and more. Choose the category and vendor that works for you. You can split your balance across multiple spends.

Confirm and receive your reward
Confirm your choice and receive your redemption instantly โ an airtime top-up, a voucher code, a booking confirmation. Your balance updates in real time. Spend the rest whenever you're ready.

Questions about redeeming
How long is my card valid?
Cards are valid for 12 months from the date they were issued to you. You'll see the expiry date on your redemption page. If you're not sure, check the email you received.
Can I spend the balance across multiple things?
Yes. Partial spend is fully supported. Use part of your balance now, come back for the rest whenever you want. Your remaining balance is always visible on your redemption page.
What happens to unspent balance?
Unspent balance stays on your card until it expires. If your card expires with a remaining balance, that amount is returned to the company that sent it โ it's not lost, but it does go back to them.
I didn't receive my card email โ what do I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from noreply@ribirewards.com. If it's not there, contact your HR team or the person who sent you the card โ they can check the delivery status and resend if needed.
Can I use my card in any country?
Your card is loaded for a specific country and currency. You'll see the catalogue for the market your card was issued in. If you're in a different country temporarily, contact support.
Is there a minimum spend amount?
No minimum. You can spend any portion of your balance, as long as the vendor's minimum order value is met โ which is typically very low (like a single airtime top-up).
