Rewards infrastructure for AfricaWellness
For the people who give everything. Give them time to recover.
The Wellness RewardsCard is for the moments when the most important thing you can tell an employee isn't 'well done' but 'take care of yourself'. Burnout prevention, mental health awareness, International Women's Day, the end of a brutal quarter — this is the card that says: your wellbeing matters to us, not just your output.
When to send this card.
Draft message included.
Writing tip: Keep it gentle and genuine. Acknowledge the effort. Tell them to take care of themselves.
“You have been carrying a lot lately — and we see it. This card is for you to take care of yourself in whatever way works best: spa, gym, a nice dinner, some quiet time. Your wellbeing matters to this team. Please use this for you.”
