What does the card look like when an employee receives it?
They receive a branded email bearing your company name, a personal message, and their balance. Clicking the link opens their personal redemption page showing the full local catalogue. The physical card version is a printed card shipped in an envelope to their address.
Can I add my company logo to the card?
Yes. Your company name and branding appears on the digital card email and the physical card face. Full white-label options are available — your domain, your colours, your sender name.
Can I send digital and physical at the same time?
Yes — common for onboarding. Send the digital card instantly on day one, follow up with the physical card when they arrive in office.
What happens if an employee does not redeem?
Balance stays on the card for 12 months. Unspent balance returns to your wallet after expiry — never lost. You can see exactly who has not redeemed from your dashboard.
Is there a minimum number of cards I have to send?
No minimum. Send one card or 10,000. No setup fee. You only pay for the card values you load.
