Why this page exists
Some images on this site are photographs of our actual products. Others are illustrative: stock photography, designed mockups, or AI-generated visuals used to represent a concept, a market, or a type of experience. We think you should be able to tell the difference, so this page explains how we use each.
What counts as a real product image
Photos of our actual RewardsCard, Benefits Card, and other physical products are real. Screenshots of our dashboard, redemption flow, and reward notifications are real product screenshots, occasionally lightly styled for presentation.
What counts as illustrative content
Where we show a general concept, such as a market we operate in, a category of experience (like a spa day or a team retreat activity), or an abstract idea (like payouts moving across a map), the image may be stock photography, a designed graphic, or AI-generated. These images are marked “Illustrative image” directly beneath them.
Illustrative images are never used to depict a specific named venue, a specific city's exact vendor selection, or a specific customer result unless that depiction is genuinely accurate. Where coverage or availability varies by market, we say so in the surrounding text, not just in the image caption.
Why we use illustrative content at all
We operate across many African markets and product categories. Photographing every venue, every city, and every use case is not always practical, especially for markets or partnerships that are still growing. Rather than leave a section blank or reuse a misleading photo, we use clearly labelled illustrative imagery instead.
